How can you get action replay software to work without the disk?

Well i bought the action replay from a store a while back and now ive lost the disk and gotten a new computer. I downloaded the software off of a website, but i cannot get it to find the driver software when i plug up the DS and action replay to the PC through a USB cable. Does anyone know how to fix this or how to get the driver software?How can you get action replay software to work without the disk?You probably got an outdated version of the software or something. Unfortunately Datel is criminally horrible in customer support, or making any software work at all. I do not know how that company can make such pitifully, mind-blowingly, horrible software and still be in business. Probably because they have no competition, but the could at least try to make a good product.
