How can I start IT company,in the software development field ?

I want to start an IT company,in the software development field.I am a developer myself i am a faculty in IT %26amp; CSE %26amp; I have completed M.Tech from recognised university?.How can I start IT company,in the software development field ?First you have to collect few software developers of your choice from your friends/students/knowing circle and make two software - one for school, another for nursing home, try giving demo to schools and nursing homes - it may work.
