How do I dress cute and comfortable at walt disney world?

I'm 18 years old and am going to walt disney world late june to early july. I know its going to be hot but I still want to look decently cute. What type of clothes should I pack and also how do I style my hair? Is it a waste to straighten it with the humidity? Should I scrunch it with mouse or should I just wear it in a cute pony tail? How do I dress cute and comfortable at walt disney world?
Honey - it's not about you - it's about the Mouse.

Comfortable shoes NO FLIPFLOPS

lightweight shorts

light colored shirt (not white it is see through when wet)

hat sun screen

put the least amount of stuff that you have to have in a small fanny pack and go have fun.

Hair - pony tail makes the most sense.

Don't wear a lot of makeup either as it will melt off your face.
I really wouldn't worry on how to dress because by the end of the day no matter how hard you try to be cute it work work with all the heat. I would were shorts and a t shirt with sandals (if you cant walk long in sandals dont were them) If you feel the need to were jeans dont get them wet because they will be very uncomfortably. Dont waste your time straightening it i wouldn't. Your hair should be fine if you scrunch it but bring a hair tie just in case you need to put it up the heat and humidity will do crazy things with your hair. (also be prepared for rain just in case) Bring sunscreen because if you want to be cute looking like a lobster wont help . Also becareful wit glasses because i dont think you want raccoon eyes

Its kind of funny because im the opposite at times it can be 100 F out and ill be in a jacket and jeans if you can handel the heat where what ever youd like

Hope you have an amazing time and this helps ^_^How do I dress cute and comfortable at walt disney world?
i'm not saying that you shouldn't look cute but when at disney world the main goal is to just have fun. it doesn't really matter what you look like.

i try to effortlessly look cute when i go. i achieve this by wearing jean shorts or capris and a fitted t-shirt. and i would never leave my hair down cuz especially during this time of year its too flippin hot to have your hair down. just put it in a pony tail and be on your way.

a cute pair of sunglasses can always help your appearance and if your ears are pieced wear a cut pair of earrings.

and be sure to wear sneakers instead of cute shoes or flip flops. sneakers may not be the most fashion forward but they give good support and your feet don't swell as big. if you wear "cute" shoes you will regret it after the first day.

people are at disney world with their family to have fun not to judge what you are wearing. just remember that. and actually if you are overly dressed up some people may comment to each other that you look ridiculous.
It's very hard to stay fabulous in Disney on a hot day in Florida as it will be very very very hot. Believe me. Make sure to bring shorts and light colored tank tops would be your best bet. If tank tops arent your thing you could wear a single light colored t-shirt and those work pretty well. You could even bring a light sundress if you're feeling really girly. Make sure to go down on the makeup if you NEED to wear your makeup, itll be on in the morning, but believe me by the end of the day it will be gone. I suggest no to straightening you hair because it will be a big waste since the heat will ruin it all. You could scrunch your hair, but if your hair is uberly long it might be a hassle. It might be better to go with a cute pony tail. Make sure to not forget the sunglasses, a pair or comfortable and cute shoes, and sunscreen for sure. Hope this helps and you enjoy yourself!(:How do I dress cute and comfortable at walt disney world?
Lesson learned from going to theme parks - dressing nicely does nothing.. when it's hot you still feel gross and stuff, loaded with sunsceen.. So i have come to this conclusion:

Wear shorts that you don't care about (like soccer shorts, old shorts, boardshorts or those cotton shorts you can buy from places like Abercrombie or Hollister)

I usually wear a cute tank top or sometimes just a t-shirt from various sports tournaments I've been to, or a light colored t-shirt that is still comfortable.

As for your hair, it depends.. if your hair is really curly I would just scrunch it with mousse, otherwise, I would straighten it and put it in a ponytail. I usually braid my bangs and put it in a low-ish ponytail.

For the rest of the trip - pack breathable clothes and don't wear jean shorts to the parks.. wet jean shorts or wearing them in the heat is not fun! Make sure you bring tons of sunscreen (I hate the tanlines I get at theme parks!) and wear it on your face (taking pictures with a burnt face isn't very fun!)

Hope this helps! (ps I'm 17)
I understand what you're saying. My daughter is 17 %26amp; feels exactly the same way! You got great answers here. I'll just add what my daughter does, so it might help you. She get a couple of the more fitting Disney t-shirts at Kohl's that have Minnie Mouse or Tinker Belle on them (they're cool). During the day she wears her hair in a ponytail or one of those styles where you make a ponytail %26amp; then filp it around again into a kind o a bun because we run around a lot. In the evening if we're going to a nice restaurant she'll take a shower %26amp; straighten her hair. You should wear sneakers during the day. I've seen plenty of people injure their feet with flip flops since the feet are exposed to everything in sight. In the evening you can wear your pretty flip flops. Sunscreen is a must! After that my daughter just uses a little concealer when needed %26amp; lip gloss. OK, now you can be stylish %26amp; have fun! Have a great trip!!!
Clothing: shorts, bermudas, and short capris. tank tops or very thin cotton t-shirts. very comfy walking shoes. trust me, people are not going to pay attention to what you're wearing unless you are wearing jeans and a sweatshirt when its 99 degrees outside.

Hair: the humidity did wonders to my hair. I straightened it and a few hours later it looked like I had never put a straightener to my hair. Its a waste of time. Just throw it up in a cute ponytail or through a hat and you're good to go.

Don't forget the sunscreen and sunglasses.
When I go there I always want to dress cute. I pack a lot of cute clothes and everything but when I actually get there I'm like screw it. It's so hot there you won't even want to wear anything. I'd just put on a cute pair of shorts and just a cute top. I wouldn't even worry about styling your hair. Just put it up in a ponytail so you'll be less warm.
Wear light clothing, pull your hair into a pony-tail, and avoid denim. Also wear sunscreen! I'll include some links to help you on your trip...
forget being cute.... just be cool and comfortable. shorts, sun tops, and comfy shoes.

hair in a pony tail with a hat to shade your head

leave the the moose at home. makes the hair too sticky in the heat.

Trust me. I live here. It is heat indexs upwards of 100 the past two weeks.

Make-up. leave it at home. You want to get sun while you are here. not cover your face with goop.
We just got back, and I wore bermuda shorts and a tank top most days. Wear plenty of sunscreen! And I too tried to fix my hair, but it only lasted about 2 hours then I was burning up so I ended up pulling it up into a pony tail, so don't even waste your time, just put it up first thing. Don't forget a rain poncho just in case!

have fun!!
Pony tails for sure as they're no fuss, cute, and will keep you cool at the same time. I love sun dresses made of comfortable breathable cotton. They will also keep you cool. You might want to pack some tank tops in a lightweight cotton and khaki shorts.
wear you hair curly, as the humidity will make it go frizzy. i would wear light clothes like a strappy top and either shorty shorts or a skirt, wear either flat pumps or sandals as youll be walking a lot. this is what i wear every year in june when i go. x
Sundresses, tank tops, shorts, and sandals.

It's nearly 95 degrees here in Orlando, so pack something reasonable.

You should probably put your hair in a pony tail or pin it up, something so you won't get too hot.
u should pack sun dresses and shorts.

U should just wear it in a pony tail because ur going to have fun ,but u also want to look cute and u don't wan to worry about ur hair the whole time there; is it cute, do i look okay.....etc.
Um, its been in the 90s and 100s so dress cool! wear a skirt, summer dress with slip flips, and for hair since its curly what I do, i put LA looks hair gel in my wet/damp hair and finish it off with Fructis spay gel and it stays
Shorts and a cute tank top or a sundress would be comfy. Just don't forget the sunscreen. I usually wear my hair up as it ends up in a clip or ponytail by the end of the day anyway. Have fun! I love Disney World.
just bring a bunch of tank tops and shorts. As far as hair goes, it's definitely a waste to straighten it. Wearing it in a ponytail is your best bet, but scrunching it wouldn't look bad, either.
shorts and a tank. You are going to be dieing of the heat in the time your going. Pony tail or a bun! you will DIE of the HEAT!!!

your in disney world. no one cares what you look like!!!:)
OH please.

My niece came with an entire suitcase full of make up/ hair products and blow dryers etc. By the second day she was throwing her hair into a pony tail and we where out the door. You are out all day in 90 degree weather
It is hot as **** :) Don't plan on being too cute. Pull your hair in a pony tail wear a t-shirt and some mesh shorts and go! -wet jean shorts suck-
Honey wear shorts, tennis shoes, cool blouse and a pony tail. The place is so great you'll forget how you look.
Whats comfortable and looks good to you. I'm a guy so polos and shorts with tennis shoes is what I wore in December
Go dress like Mickey Mouse.

It's just disney world, who cares what you'll wear.
poke some ventilation holes in your mickey mouse ears hat (:B
