I have looked high and low for manga creation software, but all of it is just $40 programs and 30 day trials. I dont have a credit card, or a paypal. I'm only 16 and i dont have a job, but i have always wanted to write manga. I need some creation software first. But there are a lot of freeware painting programs. I use Pixia and Phierha. But I'm going to consider buying SAI. ITS AWESOME!! And its waaaaay cheaper ($60) and better than Corel and Photoshop.
