Email leads are useless, since you would have an email address but no permission to send a commercial email to it. So what good would it do you?
The whole email leads business is a complete scam. It's worse than SEO, and that's saying something.
Instead, use sites like Craigslist and eBay the way they were intended to be used. (Or, better yet, sites targeted for the same niche that you are targeting.)
